Every single time I have bought bitcoins from Campbx and go to withdraw I always get Cold wallet maintenance in progress please try again after 5 hours. Its been over a day and I still cannnot and I've created 2 tickets and have gotten no response from them. I am Kyc verified too, What is this cold wallet maintenance?? I'm serious really frustrated and not sure what next step I should take. I know their support is very slow but it should never take this long to withdraw coins!

has anyone had this experience before with them?? Please I need help they wont respond to me at all I have a lot of coins tied up in my account I can't withdraw, and their live chat no longer works.

People still use CampBX? I thought everyone stopped using them ages ago.

I haven't even heard of this site, what is it like a altcoin exchange or something? And OP if they're not even responding to your tickets, I'd say it doesn't looks like they're gonna send your coins.

I have been steadily getting my coins off of campbx ever since they started limiting you to moving 2.5btc off the site at a time. I moved some over just prior to the issues you are describing on 1/27 ~@7:00am PT. I then experienced the same 'Cold Wallet Maintenance' error on 1/28. I am happy to say that I was able to move more coins this morning with the transaction currently pending (may take a while as CampBX no longer includes a mining fee in their transfers)

I was successful at moving 2 BTC off the site just now.  When I tried a second time, I got the cold wallet maintenance error.  Perhaps it is just 2 BTC (or some number near that) in a day?

I just tried again and I was able to move another 1 BTC off.  CampBX does seem to be charging a fee of 0.0001 at the source.

I've never cared for them. Too many user issues I've heard over the years.

I haven't been able to transfer any amount of btc from Campbx for 2 days. Get the same cold wallet maintenance message. The customer support at Kayako does not seem to be working either. Will keep trying and report back. I am KYC verified.

Just go with the known exchanges, dont bother with the other ones.

They dont even credit certain wire transfers in past history claiming it was lost. So basically shit out of luck, and good bye $2,000. But this was back in the day when Mt.Gox was still up.

The best way to buy bitcoin is either in person, and become a regular to get fair quotes later on due to trust.

Bump for this.  CampBX is still limiting withdrawals wit. The excuse "cold wallet maintenence."

Did you ever get your coins?

You are responding to a post that is from 2015.  Don't expect a response.  However you should know that campbx is nothing but a scam now.  If they were ever legit it was for a short time many years ago. You should try opening a complaint with the better business bureau in Georgia and also contact the AG there.

Thanks for your response - I know it is an old post but at the time was feeling pretty desperate.  After about three months, I was actually able to move my coins from CampBX (as of this morning).  This was after filing with the BBB and many back and forths with support.  I just wanted to pass on that it's not a complete scam anyway.  The delay caused me to miss out on the fork and was definitely stressful, but I got my coins and that is the most important thing.
