He submitted the photo under his own volition. Maybe it's him, maybe it's not. Either way, the money is sent to the winning address regardless. And how would they steal his identity just by knowing his name?

There are ways to find these people, and to verify their real identity, but no way to determine, if they are friends or family of the owner of the faucet.

It isn't strange that most are from Europe and Russia, because that's where most of our traffic comes from. KPRAWN why are you so angry, friend. We give out free bitcoin to users all over the world. Everyone has been paid and all have had positive experiences. Go back to running your own faucet.

This must be a language thing.  ??? I am not saying it is only Russian/Europe people using the faucet. I am saying, of ALL the people in the world, it seems as though WINNERS, only come from RUSSIA/EUROPE.

Whoever the winner, we will not know its a real winner or not.
But I guess its only FAKE winner.

the only thing why it makes me doubt its that everyone who wins gives their information very easily. but i guess we dont loose anything do we?

all winners really give their identity to you? are you are just picking random person from the somewhere and say he/she win ?

We've gone over this. When the winning wallet address is used, it initiates a redirect to that specific user. That user is then instructed to email us. We then congratulate the winner, ask them for a photo and their country of origin. It's not meant to expose anyone. It's only meant to show that winners come from all over. We are not based in Eastern Europe or Russia, but many of our users are. It just so happens that yes, our winners have been from the eastern hemisphere so far. Each and every one of them has been glad to provide a photo, name and location in order to receive their winnings.

As we've stated many, many, many, many, many, many, many, times before: WE GIVE OUT MILLIONS OF SATOSHI EACH WEEK. We don't need to keep a few million for ourselves!

And, to be honest, if they wanted to use a fake name, photo, region, sure they could! We don't really care! We just thought the idea of a winners page was cool to show off how we give out large sums of satoshi to lucky winners all the time!

So it will not be difficult to prove, what you saying.

Why not post "Google Analytic stats" with Geo location? It will not reveal "trade secrets"  ;D ;D ;D Just prove, that you are honest, when you make statements like that. 

they will not able to prove.
they will only say "take it or leave it" "go to other faucet" etc  ;D
