I would say that your chances of getting someone to give you this loan will be higher if you were to offer some kind of altcoin as collateral.

If I had more than 0.11 btc in bitcoin, I would have converted them into bitcoins to get the money and wouldn't have asked for a Loan. A friend of I gave me 0.01 so I can send eBay a little bit of money, i'll write an e-mail to tell them i'll send them the rest soon. I'm still Newbie here so I don't think I can get a loan here even with a good Collateral.
