Stop assuming the worst just because scams happen. I have had Amazon credit stuck in my account with no use for it. If I wanted to get rid of it in a timely manner, I would offer a discount. Does that make it a scam instantly? And if not, why? Just because I have a lot of trust and am a staff member? My account could be hacked or stolen. My point is, you can't be sure if this person intended to scam or not.

Well whoever uses escrow, should use it till the item is delivered in hand, unless there is a big risk .

I'd like to point out that I contacted the OP on Skype. He wanted me to send first, I refused, and he called me a scammer after I suggested forum escrow (OgNasty and Devthedev).

I don't know if he's just that uncomfortable on the forums or is a scammer. Just thought I'd let you know.

If the OP doesn't want to use escrow it's most likely a scam yes. Sadly, but not much to do against people like him.
