Bro the only problem was income related docs at present i am only generating income from crypto industry and bank will not accept it . So i am searching for private lender.

why don't you take the loan from banks then when you have property as collateral, banks rate will lower then loans here and you will get hard cash so don't need to convert BTC to fiat

Due to income certificates. At present i am working on crypto and earning from that and bank will not accept that :(

And whether the lender pays in crypto or fiat we dont have any problem.

I would say the same thing I said last time, provide us some information about yourself, who are you, how are you earning, what documentations are you providing as collateral, if its an immovable property or movable property ? Does the collateral have any depreciation in value over time, if yes then how much, does the collateral have any resale value ?
Would the power transfer of the collateral involve permission to liquidate the assets in case you fail to pay back, if yes then what is the maximum default duration i.e how long would the investor be legally required to wait before you start paying again ?
Most importantly, what is the current market value of your collateral ?

Generally anyone looking to invest in a loan would like to get involved if the offered collateral's current market value is at least 25% higher than the loan amount itself.

If you're looking for that high loan , it's better for you to reveal your identity and the property

Bro i am not looking for croud funding. I am looking for company or individual active in lending business and every details will be given to them. No sense in posting information here. And even no one will lend without property valuation. So waiting for serious investor.

I dont think that anyone on this forum is wealthy enough to fund this loan no matter how much collateral you provide.
People dont lend that much to a family member.
So its just useless to seek a loan here.
Here we can only fund microloans not huge loans.

You are right. But some times investors look around here for safe investment options and if i am lucky i will find one. And micro loans i am also planning to start lending :-)

I doubt it that you would ever find an investor like that here. You havent made anything clear and people here are losing trust on you.

Bro everything was crystal clear: i am searching for loan against property. The single line is sufficient for geniune investors.

mainly on these type of scenarios investors first visit the property, if they want to lend they do the valuation of the property, negotiate about rates and amount if mutually agreed deal done else by by.

Now tell me whats unclear here ?

First of all we dont even know if you are a genuine person or not, on what grounds do you think someone who has lakhs of money to throw away on real estate would visit your property if they dont even trust who you are ?

I am not pointing any fingers but you could be a dacoit lol and investors tend to be paranoid about such things, make no mistake they can be very bold with their investments though.

HOWEVER, if I were the investor here - provided I had this much money to lend - I would first need to see if you are who you say you are, see pictures of you and your property and documented evidence of you owning the said property.
THEN comes the site visits, the negotiations, paperwork etc.

Yes thats right but if some one want to deal they will first contact me here , then official mail will be used for communications, then phone call bro only after all these the deal will continue and i my self only prefer company with reputation :-)

I highly doubt an Indian company involved with Bitcoins will actually be interested in this, but if someone from our community IS interested then it will most likely be an individual, not a company.

Bro Indian companies are not directly involved but there agents/employees are involved and they do the deal :-) for brokerage/commission etc. And if individual want to close the deal then they have to discuss ith their lawyer to safeguard their self and i will do the same also.
