Just opened Street Faucet (http://faucet.bitcoin.st/) , but this faucet out fund. I am looking for faucet like Street Faucet (http://faucet.bitcoin.st/) , I got my first ( 0.3 ) btc  from this faucet few years ago.

Faucet nowadays doesn't pay more than 0.00001BTC, usually just hundreds satoshi. It's different from few years ago, because now there are already a lot of people know about Bitcoin, and it's price has rocketed to $230 now. So don't expect to get that lot amount from faucet now ;)

There are lots of faucets, I recommend to use only faucets with a high payout (> 3uBTC).

Yeah, faucets is more likely a waste of time if you don't have a big number of referral. Joining signature campaign is easier and worth the time.

Street bitcoin is sometimes unable to verify your number and thus sometimes is not able to send you bitcoins. J don't think they spam your mobile.

Many Gambling sites such as Primedice.com, Rollin.io etc have faucets, they're small but you have a chance of multiplying them. But if you only want faucets try landofbitcoin.com, it's the best faucet rotator.

a few years ago bitcoin price was not above 100$ so 0.3 btc was nothing back then
to day faucets pay 100 satoshi per hour! you can find most of them that use mictowallet at landofbitcoin.com
