Wizkid has always maintained that the NMC mining is basically not an important part of running the pool. He does it because people asked for it but he doesn't give it a high priority. I did just get a payout though in the past week so if you have been mining there for a while you might have as well. That was the first one I can recall in a few months though so that should give you some idea of the frequency of it.
