No. They don't have potential activity. You will have to wait for 2 weeks for activity upgrade. Judging from the register time info, the account being sold is OP's account, so it is a 3-post newbie account. And if these accounts were hacked then why arnt hero member accounts getting hacked? Hero members are more valuable than 2010 newbie accounts.
