We've all seen too many scams. First, prove you're reliable and maybe then you can say your service is "SAFE". Until then, you have no chance. Think! Who would be idiotic enough to trade his irreversible bitcoins for a reversible payment method with an user without any feedback and/or reputation?! And with an outrageous fee ? Haha..
