If it's not concrete I can't imagine anyone is going to take any notice. If he's deleting posts and then posting again to bump the thread to the top of the pile, report it stating that reason. His trust rating doesn't carry much weight so I wouldn't worry about that.
Looking at the reference that he provided to the scam accusation he hasn't bumped yet, although he may of deleted it recently, I don't know. Title: Re: How to end this childish acts ?! Post by: Lethn on January 31, 2015, 05:53:54 PM If you gave him a refund after his complaints then he sounds dodgy as fuck and may be attempting to blackmail you, true scammers wouldn't even bother giving the money back, I wouldn't worry about it too much, if your refund was in Bitcoin what you could do is actually post up the address that you gave the money to and use that as proof against him, that is the beauty of the blockchain as a public ledger, he wouldn't be able to dispute that you resolved the problem for him.
There are scammers out there on either end so as someone who is trying to sell stuff also I do sympathise. |
