You never have to trade at c-cex again if you think they are doing the wrong thing by allowing people to continue and trade this coin but expecting them to delist the coin after so many have traded hands makes no sense to me. So maybe that is where my understanding is broken. My guess would be that you will be back to dumping coins on c-cex as soon as there is an opportunity to do so for a profit.
