Title: First timer and very disapointed with Bitinstant Post by: S3214S3214S on July 20, 2012, 03:46:13 AM Hello. First timer here and am not quite sure what to do or how to acquire the appropriate assistance. I made a bank cash deposit through my bank as follows: Bitinstant>Cash deposit>Trust Bank>Catapult ( send bitcoins to email). I have received my receipt online from the payment provider but have been waiting for 6 hours for any email containing my bitcoin link. Trust bank does not issue any quote number to track on bit instant. I have tried numerous times to contact anybody for help through emails and IRC. There were a few more people in chat having the same issue waiting for answers like me. Should I be concerned? Are you out there Charlie? And can you lend me a hand, I'm really trying to get into this system but have turned up empty handed.
