Title: First timer and very disapointed with Bitinstant

Hello. First timer here and am not quite sure what to do or how to acquire the appropriate assistance. I made a bank cash deposit through my bank as follows: Bitinstant>Cash deposit>Trust Bank>Catapult ( send bitcoins to email). I have received my receipt online from the payment provider but have been waiting for 6 hours for any email containing my bitcoin link. Trust bank does not issue any quote number to track on bit instant. I have tried numerous times to contact anybody for help through emails and IRC. There were a few more people in chat having the same issue waiting for answers like me. Should I be concerned? Are you out there Charlie? And can you lend me a hand, I'm really trying to get into this system but have turned up empty handed.

Its only 5 bitcoins :-\  my email has "dubskee" incase you cant find me.

O my god!!! I am not the only one. This really stinks. I too am having the same issue.. >:(
Whats going on here? Dont they have a 30 minute deadline. I've been waiting for 8 hours!!!

Pretty pissed. Missing out on a great opportunity........

BitInstant is a great company. The service you are using is a little bit new, but you will get help and it will get solved.

Will the original posters give an update on whether or not BitInstant has processed your transactions? I'm interesting in knowing if you got your BTC or not.

Yup, all transfers were processed. I have not heard back from OP.

The service is great.  But the price is a bit steep for large transfers.
