I don't think they're a scam as I've seen people collecting money from them before but have you contacted their support? Maybe if you search on this forum they have a thread here you can ask in?

What are you using ? Advertising or Shorten links ? they have two features on their website it may take sometime from payment to processed
I know a lot of people using Coinurl and they never complain about it , they are basically trusted just like Adfly , Adfocus , shorte.st

not exactly SCAM
but very unreliable and had many complaints before from webmasters and advertisers alike
tend to not count visits/impressions

And if it's not a scam, it's still very irritating.

No Coinurl is not a scam website. Are those clicks legitimate? i mean if you're using some traffic exchange service then you'll not be paid.

Recently there was an episode where all of the "inbetween" ads being served were a porn site. From what I read on Twitter some Twitter accounts were suspended due to TOS violations. Search Twitter to find the posts.

My thought is when you use a service like CoinURL you are putting the content you post into someone elses hands. You never know what your viewer is going to be exposed to. Adult Content; a Phishing Site; Perhaps Virus/Malware.

The question you should ask is are your links worth more than at best $0.00001 - this figure being an optimistic number considering a link - one link that is - gets 1000s of clicks.

If you posted 100s or 1000s of links a day via an RSS Auto Feed; and received say 10,000 clicks a day - Which you wont - You'd have maybe $20, $30, $50 dollars in a years time.

Pointless.

Personally, if you value your content, there are far better ways to monetize.

It is likely some kind of glitch with their reporting (although I admittedly am not very familiar with coinurl).

What is the source of most of your traffic? If it is mostly faucet/purchased traffic then the issue may be that your traffic is too low for them to give you credit for it

i use hitleap for traffic
the majority of people on hitleap run servers through amazon that just sit there as robots clicking automatically: http://www.reddit.com/r/beermoney/comments/28gy0x/earn_25_over_a_year_pure_passive/

so I suspect that the users on hitleap are not human and they do not register in our system as clicks.  Sorry!
