I also don't know how much the contract is for, but once the deed is done the doer-inner will be paid via Bitcoin.
To be clear, I'm not a advocate for wishing harm to cute rodents, but this Phil dude needs to be put on a spewer and roasted. Seeing his shadow on a balmy day with snow in the forecast my ass!
