Lower the amount to what he actually needs or nobody will take this seriously.

So your friend has 8 years of experience and over 150 clients and the portfolio site mentioned there is very sketchy at first glance.

He first start with hand drawings for friends, and with websites like Fiver...
so he dont want to put all this old things in portfolio.

Since you are posting this on behalf of your friend, are you willing to personally back the loan? In other words are you willing to step in and repay the debt int he event that he defaults?

He also claims to be Logodynamic who happens to be someone with only one post on here. Do you care to give some kind of explanation regarding this?

link Bitcointalk and BTCjam accounts together

He plan to offer his service here.

What service would that be?

Would you be willing to take personal responsibility in the event that he defaults? (you ignored my previous inquiry above)

I would really oppose BTCJam accepting one post accounts being allowed to be used to "verify" themselves. I don't feel like they have enough skin in the game in order to truly call themselves "a member of the BTT community"
