Being able to,create own currency doesn't mean much.

Well that's an ambiguous term, so it could mean the queen of the lizards or it could mean a queen who is also a lizard.  So she's definitely one or the other.  But in being the queen of all England, she would necessarily be the queen of the lizards of England as well as the queen of her human subjects.

They would be wrong.  Repitles and mammals are separate classes of vertebrates.
