You're wrong. Instamine for all is ok. Not only me can instamie and not always I have luck with instamine coz I have only one GPU, others have much more...
Anyway, when dev instamining/premining he can dump this at first exchange and coin will die then, coz dev run away.
If me or somebody will have some instamine part even if it dumps - coin will survive with active dev.

I think instamine is fair for solo miners who don't have FARMS. Look at that hashrate at pools. I can't compete to them. Really. It's pointless with one GPU. So my choice is obvious - solo. ;)

And believe me, I'm not destroying coin by catching 0.01% coins if I have luck with solo :)

Total coins - 25 Millions.
In PoW phase miners can supplied maximum 5 millions of coins.
20 millions coins would be generated in PoS phase.
That's why 1%.
Not all bounties announced in OP on that moment.

End of POW
Total coin: 4 735 000 POW coins.

Total Premine: = 250000
Total Miners = 4485000


250000 is what percent of 4735000
= 250000 / 4735000
= 0.052798

Converting decimal to a percentage:
0.052798 * 100 = 5.28%

So you have 5.28% after POW and you coins will stake just as will the miners coins. So if you held your coins until all 25 million coins were created you would have 5.28%

Can i ask you one question? So if you held your coins until all 25 million coins were created you would have 5.28% - How you get that percentage?

Since your coins are staking at the same rate as the miners coins your precent of the supply does not increase or decrease since all coins stake at the same rate.

Now if your 250000 coins did not stake and only the miners coins stake then when all coins are created you would have 1% but that is not the case since your coins are staking (Stake interest: 5% annually)

You are right here,but you left out one small detail in the calculation. The number of coins will be reduced before PoS phase is started.
Anyway ty,you are help  to find mistakes in OP.  

Reduce before PoS will only increase percentage of premine. ::)

POS starts: at block 15000 (but there is  reward only 100 coins per block  )

It is not going to be 4 750 000 + 250 000 (premine on the 1st block ) =total  5 M coins


It is going to reduce to aprox. 4 650 + 250 000 = total 4.9 M coins

And premine 250 000 coins will be still more than 5.3%.
So reduce the premine or change the info in the OP.

Fair distribution is important for the future of your coin.

If your MIScoin Wallet not sync you need do next steps(im write you here all proccess step-by-step,not difficult but at first time need exactly info what to do Smiley ) :

1.Close your wallet;
2. Open "Notepad" programm,choose new file, in empty text file copy-paste that info:

Choose in "Notepad" - File - Save as... - MIScoin.conf (you must write that in name file line) - in extention line choose All files(*) - click "Save" button. You must get file called MIScoin.conf.

3. Copy MIScoin.conf file.  ( You need to paste MIScoin.conf file in MIScoin folder(in MIScoin folder contains "wallet.dat" file- most important file- its your address with all information about your balance(in fact "wallet.dat" - its your balance. If you are lost it you lost all coins and cannot recover it) Its not only in MIScoin wallet those scheme. Its a scheme all crypto PC wallets.))
4. Now choose "My computer" - "System Disc"(ussually Disc "C") - "Users" - "Your user name" - "AppData"(on default settings in Windows "AppData folder" not show,so if you are not see it you need go to "Folder settings"  and choose "Show all folders" or  "Show hidden folders") - "Roaming" - "MIScoin" folder.
5. Open MIScoin folder and paste in it MIScoin.conf file.  
6. Open your wallet and wait same time(ussually less that one minute and it must start sync with blockchain).

I dunno what i did wrong.
Make 1 config file and it's saved in the appdata folder
start the wallet
wait 5 minutes and nothing happened.

Im already speak about that with Binpool admin and MIS.binpool already reopen now on 3 day.(check in thread). But im think that all coins will not be withdraws in that time.Im tweet about that too. And get that info on BitcoinGarden thread and Cryptocoin thread of MIS.But if im right and not all coins will be withdraw from Binpool adress i see that much more honest way simple to destroy it,because on another hand we are get one adress which would be controling by Binpool administrator( but coins was mined by private miners),and that adress would be have not so low amount of coins,its one more reason to get a dump in any moment.( you undersatnd what i talking about?).
About exchanges : Im already contacted with C-Cex ( via Skype ) - here we have 1.5 BTC for adding in touch or voting list or set up volume trade around 90-100 BTC in 24 hour until one week every day( To be honest im not so much like C-Cex and their trading model,im check their stats last month they are in deep crisis,you can check it if you have interest). Im see here only one reason to open market on C-Cex only for get attention from Bittrex via big volume. Main aim on that time its Bittrex or Crypsty( BigVern its really greedy guy lol. Looks like someone just played "crypto" game for fun for few weeks. the game was harder than he thought it would be, so this "someone" just switched to another way of spending his time.

Yes, https://cryptoine.com/trade/mis_btc still exists. Almost no volume though. Just about 20,000 coins dumped recently and about 3,000 bought. I doubt the existing few buy orders will be there for long, with this kind of development.

Cryptoine is offline. Askcoin not available from all browsers. And they are not adding MIS and now answer on requests around half year. About exchange im give currently information in next few days.

Up new server for MIS today and hardcoded a new 24/7 workable node. You are not needed any .conf files for syncronisation. Update MISwallet in few steps:
1. Get new version (v1.1.0.0) via link in OP.
2. Delete old version of MISwallet form your PC.
3. Go to folder MIScoin (on Windows7 current path My Computer-Users-Your User name-AppData-Roaming-MIScoin)
4. Delete all files in folder MIScoin. ONLY NOT DELETE wallet.dat file(so after deleting you must have in MIScoin folder only one file wallet.dat)
5. Extract new version of MISwallet from archive.
6. Start MISwallet-qt.exe and wait end of synchronisation.
7. Happy PoSing.

Personally, I rejected this coin as the PoS !!! Uninteresting process of payment of compensation!

After depositing coins have to wait for them to mature 12:00 after receiving the payment waiting for confirmation of 120 blocks, and then again to wait 12 hours while the coins are ripe!

And can you tell me how much balance you have when testing PoS im sure that you are have small amount of coins on balance so thats why you are find one block in 12 hours. Here is only first 12 hours need to start PoSing. So im confused what you are talk about. Are you see here any information about 500% PoS interest in a hour? And how im know coins with a huge PoS interest not live so long,its a fact. 120blocks for confirmation PoS block its normal. And say again that all specifications you can find in OP in every moment.

Mate really at first need simple read a little about what is PoS and PoW and how all of that works. Or simple ask anybody. If you are getting PoS rewards here have only 1K on balance its a reall proof of correct and honest blockchain work. Edit Stable network .

To make the process more interesting, you could buy a bit more coins, and divide them into several blocks (using "Coin Control") - in that case each block will stake independently, and you will get more rewards more often - at random times!

Well, it would not make the PoS rewards bigger (anyway it will be 5% annually), but at least the rewards will come more often, so probably the process will become more interesting to users like OSYA, who like to see more activity on their wallet...
