Anyone offering that large of discounts on things like gift cards is likely engaging in money laundering via stolen credit cards. This is especially the case when they are trading in such a high variety of items for sale (the chances of them winning the cards from a contest for example go significantly down).

These discounted giftcards/tickets may be purchased fraudulently or stolen. Beware.
There are many users like this who are selling cards with huge discounts. Specially I've seen a lot of Starbucks cards being sold. The seller himself accepted that the cards were stolen. So yes, I guess the cards are stolen and people should not support money laundering and boycott buying these cards.

Not only this but the sellar has continued to sell the cards. He keeps on making new accounts and keeps on selling cards. They ignore people's request and lock the thread when people accuse them of scam.

I would just suggest to do no trade with anyone without any timeline trust regarding GC lately a lot of scams about them.

big discount giftcard could be obtained via fraudulent ways

i.e stolen credit cards or stole in from someone

but again there are a lot discounted giftcards being sold here in marketplace section
