Hi and thanks for checking!

First of all i would like to say that i am not the maker of the coffee!  :)

This coffee is made (blend / roasted) by local producer.

As far as i know, is made mainly from Arabica Santos & Rio with a blend of Robusta beans. It's roasted in a special way to preserve the aroma & taste.

Coffee comes in 3 different varieties: Regular, Dark (strong taste) and special blend for strong taste and more foam (kaimaki).

And yes, i can ship worldwide.

Thanks again for checking!

I would be interested in trying this as I love coffee and drink like 6-8+ cups a day.

Approximately how much would your international shipping be though for the Medium/193gr. package to the US? Because those prices aren't bad, but huge shipping costs added on would be the killer. I would be fine with the slowest, cheapest shipping option if I did place an order.

Interesting video by the way.

Do you also sell 100% arabica beans or are they all blended with robusta?

Keep in mind that this is not your regular coffee (unless of course you drink espresso  :D ). It's strong enough so it might not be a good idea to drink like 6-8 cups of this per day?

I'll tell you what: Just send me your address and i'll send you free shipping  ;)

If you want to know anything else just ask. Thanks again.

Hi again!

Let me check and i'll get back to you as soon as possible. But i think i can get just arabica beans directly from the wholeseller.

Roasted but not grounded, right? Whole beans?

Oh yeah, I drink some strong sh*t ha, it's probably not the best on my heart honestly  :-[

And I love to drink some good coffee, so I am excited to try this Greek coffee! I will prepare it as directed in the video to get it just right.

Will message you my address for sure! Thanks

Excellent video, prices seem very reasonable.

I just have one question, how much to ship to the UK for 1 x medium bag? (time is no issue) I shall just look forward to enjoying a cup  ;D

Hi and thanks for checking!

Shipping inside the EU shouldn't be more than $2 (standard shipping). But don't worry, if you are interested in buying, i'll send you free of shipping.

Thanks again!

I would like to get two medium packets.
So is the shipping really free worldwide?
As you are a newbie, would you care to arrange an escrow for this deal?
Will leave a postice feedback as soon as I get the coffee.

Hi and thanks for your interest!

Shipping is not free, i'll check with the post office tomorrow and i'll post the rates.

I decided to offer free shipping for the first 5 customers here. So far i got 2 orders and you will be -if you order- the 3rd one, so yes, it will be free shipping for you, too  ;)

Just let me know if you are interested in and send me your details via pm.

If you want escrow, it's fine with me. You can be the escrow  ;D So you keep the money until you receive the coffee  :D

Thanks again!

Hi all

We are a small retail family business, selling local gourmets.

This is our first try in selling our products for BTC (until we get our e-shop fixed and running).

So today we are selling greek coffee, the popular BRAVO.

Will there be other "gourmets" available if the coffee is well received?

Love the video.  I will take two mediums delivered to US.  I will PM you separately for a payment address.

Scammers - don't bother PM'ing me with similar user names, I am on to that.

Sure thing! There are a lot of gourmet things available like snacks, chocolates, cookies, jams, spreads, honey, beverages, herbs, teas, etc.

Mainly local traditional products, from small producers (organic / bio certified) & homemade recipies.

I am just trying to find some spare time to get our eshop up and running.

P.S. Too bad i cannot ship some dairy products (yogurt, tzatziki & milk desserts etc)

Hey!

That's nice dude! And you got nice prices, too. I usually buy mine (bravo or loumidis, do you sell the loumidis one?) from the supermarket or small neighbourhood's deli, but next time i'll spare some bits for my coffee (sounds really good: i buy my coffee for BTC!!!)

By the way... Is this "greek" or "turkish" coffee?  ;D ;D ;D

Title: Re: [Gourmet] Greek Coffee for BTC (EDITED)

Hi locopao and thanks for checking!

Of course we carry the Loumidis brand (although i personally prefer the Bravo one  :D ).

We call it "greek".  ;D
People from Turkey call it "turkish". No big difference, although i think that greek coffee is roasted in a slightly different way. Not sure 100% though.

If you need anything, you are more than welcome to ask!

Thanks again!

^ Hmm, that's what I was wondering. Looks to be the case, OP = locopao. However, this isn't necessarily a bad thing, it's not like locopao has a lot of negative trust or anything like that. Setting up a new account/username for a new business venture is a reasonable thing.

On a side note- I can't wait for my coffee and I could use a strong cup right now!

Perfectly innocent explanation, it was just a little confusing that a few posts before he was asking about the coffee and then a few posts later he was telling us that they will be shipped lol.

Looking forward to my delivery  ;D

I feel so embarassed!  :-[
The truth is that after his post, locopao contacted me asking informations about our store. It came out that we live in the same city (Athens), so i invited him to visit our store. He did so, we had a long chat about cryptos and he offered to help me setting a few things for my eshop, as well as for some bb codes. Today he came by again, he was working in my store's pc and when i told him to post on my behalf that the orders were sent he obviously did that while was logged in with his account.

I called him a while ago and told him what happened  :D

Just wanted to let everybody know that I received my coffee and treat from gourmetGR and I loved it! I am a big fan of coffee in the first place, so it was fun to try and make it the authentic Greek way which was different than my usual routine. Their international shipping was actually very fast, and I find the prices for their coffee to be fair and not overly expensive.

Overall it was a good experience, I got to try something new for Bitcoin, and I am helping a fellow Bitcoiner out buying my coffee from him rather than a corporation like Walmart. Will be placing another order soon!

Thanks!

This afternoon the guys in our shop had a great break with coffee and various treats from Greece.  It is a lot of fun to have something different.

I am up for another shipment, perhaps tea instead of coffee this time as the coffee I have will last, and double the random treats.

Same shipping address and pm me the cost.

Cheers!

Thank you so much for your payment and for the extra you added to the final amount.

I am really happy you liked our products! Which one did you like more?

I'll update soon with a variety of products other than coffee (tea & herbs, delights etc).

Got my coffee in today, really good stuff.  Got a nice flavor to it, strong but not overpowering.  Also got some of the chocolate thrown in which was really good.  Hope to order more soon :)

Hey gourmetGR

your site is down!

Haven't you verified your domain name?

You got an ICANN warning message.

Check with your registrar ASAP!

Thanks my friend!

I never received that verification email. I just talk to the registrar and they helped me to verify my domain.

Now it shows the following:

I hope it will be ok in a little while (it says 24 to 48 hours)

I think it was the registrar's fault and they didn't send me any email? Because i never received anything from the ICANN.

Me too! I am Greek and this is great!
Everyone must taste the loumidis traditional coffee. Is the best harmani out there. The Greek coffee is very different in flavor from the similar turkish and arab coffee.
Next everyone must taste chamomili herb is very good for relaxing and saffron krokus. Is the best saffron in the world and because i am cook i can tell you that this is much better from spanish saffron. I have use both of them and i prefer the greek for risotto or pasta with seafood and saffron :)

@alani123
@chek2fire

I met the guy in person, he is a nice guy and runs a little shop (mpakaliko) in Athens. I helped him with his site, too.

It's always nice to find more places to spend your bitcoins. And even better for stuff other than electronics or digital. He sells chocolates, too (KOUKOUROUKOU rules  ;D)
