Title: Re: Im buying Paypal funds Post by: Inotanewbie on February 05, 2015, 02:29:29 AM The catch 22 with trading paypal is that most of the people who are able/willing to trade with you are scammers and will likely offer rates roughly matching what you are offering, while people who are trusted enough to not scam via paypal are able to command a roughly even rate verses the market.
