Do you have a localbitcoins account? It is very scary to trade with an anonymous, unknown online and that has only posted twice here. Plus he doesn't have a reputation to loose so he might be honest but I would be worried to deal with him with more than 200$ without meeting in a public place and without coming with at least a friend.
