2) Be the first to fill the role. Do as well as you can, but don't worry about being great. 3) Collect spoils from the temporary monopoly. 4) Use spoils to hire people who know what they're doing and can get your business to "great" level while competitors are still catching up to your first draft solution. 5) Collect spoils from your position as market leader. 6) Hire a professional manager to keep the business going without your help. 7) Go play golf. |
