I guess that I would make a topic (maybe moderated) telling about these accounts as a warning for the lenders.
Unless proven (not paid back) it's not really scam. There is a (very small) chance that the actual goal is to gain trust point on them and then sell them (which is not great also).

Warn the people involved first I suppose, if they have active loans Im not sure if Id get in their face about it in case they are intending on paying the loans back. Warn anyone else who may be giving that person a loan.

He has green trust in his main account ( from loan too ).

I'm too late, I knew it when his loan approved by lender.

You could open up a scam accusation and provide the evidence you have that they're alts as a warning or leave the warning as a feedback detailing your suspicion. Whilst there's no scam yet if what you say is true there could be later on or at the very least it's suspicious behaviour.

Why would you self-mod the thread? People should be free to discuss especially the person involved.

I've seen threads where scam accusations were filled with new accounts trolling around. That's why moderated could help.
Of course, it's something that can be abused and in that case moderation of threads is bad. But I don't feel that would be the case.

I'm still waiting for another loan from his alts, maybe he will, someone said he was a big gambler, then I will create scam accusation thread. So far, he has defaulted loan once.

If he has already defaulted on a loan and you have decent evidence that they belong to the same person then you should open up a scam accusation ASAP.
