Just use https://localbitcoins.com/ or register with any of the exchanges. Here are a few:

https://bit-x.com/

https://exchange.coinbase.com/

https://www.bitstamp.net/

The best site to sell as pointed out is Localbitcoins. Just set up an account and start selling.

If you are living in the former USSR, use BTC-e. The fee is very low and they are very trustworthy. Other options are localbitcoins, bitstamp.etc. Commissions can be quite steep in Localbitcoins, although the fee is low.

You can sell and buy coins on the marketplace here in Currency Exchange. Just use a trusted escrow.

If you are living in the former USSR, use BTC-e.

Why did you say that? Why do you need to live in russia to use it? Many people from all over the world use it with no problems.

The only problem I'm running into is that most of these sites want picture ID, bill. etc. Which would be fine if I had a scanner, but I don't. :(

I sell on a local exchange called coins.ph They offer a fast and reliable service to their customers. As for you, you can try kraken or bitstamp, or Local Bitcoins.

Yeah, some people are gonna tell you LocalBitcoins.com. Don't. It's the freaking wild wild west out there, screw that.

Use https://BitQuick.co to sell your BTC. They don't charge a fee, you cannot get scammed because of their seller's guarantee (http://"bitquick.co/terms-of-service#g"), you set your own rate, and you get cash in your bank account the same day usually (just don't sell for more than 10% above market rate)

If you list your BTC on BitQuick.co at market rate you'll literally sell your BTC within a few minutes.

Use your bitcoin to buy some mining equipment or anything with value with you can resell later. Put it up on auctions on ebay and get paid in fiat.
on localbitcoin, you can also find buyer who is willing to meet up and that would avoid all the hassles of sending of pictured ID, bills and stuff.

BTC-e has direct business deals with many banks in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and many other former-USSR nations. So people in that region can withdraw money from BTC-e very easily using their bank accounts. For people living in the US or Europe, the withdrawal process might take some time.

You keep asking that question over and over and over and always getting an answer but you seem like ignoring it , not sure why tho .
I'am starting to think that you are a smart BOT and not a real person to be honest ... You can buy Bitcoins from Bit-x.com (create account first) , Once you buy simply go to https://bit-x.com/account/balance and choose "Withraw Funds" , It will ask you for your Bitcoin adress , put it and choose how much amount to Withraw  , Click "Send request" and you are done .
There is a lot of Exchangers out there exaplained , just use the Search function and you should be fine .

Yes, you can use Circle.com but you have to wait 5 business days.

It seems you want something really simple.. If you have cash in your pocket, you can get BTC within 3 hours at https://www.bitquick.co for a 2% fee.
