I can do that but not for free. :-)

I can also send you free instruction how to make it but you will need few  apps which are not free.

If the SWF contains a video (flv file) you can try to extract it and convert it to GIF.

Simply use Gyazo and use the gif maker it has :D It can capture the gif video

you should get into the habit of using google before asking people on a bitcoin forum about making a gif

If the swf contains a video: ffmpeg.exe -i "source.swf" "animation.gif"
Of course you can use all ffmpeg options, like resizing etc.

If that fails, you can always use a screen recorder to save the animation and process it with ffmpeg after that.
