Here's what's available with prices in USD: 7950: 1x Sapphire Reference $125 3x Gigabyte Windforce 3 $135 7970: 15x MSI/Gigabyte/Diamond/Sapphire Reference $150 6x Sapphire Dual-X $150 1x Powercolor (no fans) $120 6x Asus DC2 (tripple slot monsters) $170 1x Asus Matrix Platinum $200 280x: 1x Sapphire Dual-X (good fans) $150 (Only 1 left!) 6x Sapphire Dual-X (bad fans) $120 1x Asus DC2 (Dual slot version) $170 290: 16x Sapphire Reference $200 1x MSI Gaming Edition $220 These have all been tested working 100% by running 3 hours of benchmarks / games on them. Each test consists of 1h Unigine Valley, 1 hour 3DMark, and 1 hour BF4.
