2) Quick Wallet 2.00 [*New*]

Sure, it has already a binary.txt file linked to it that contains random numbers in [0,1] format. You will need that to simulate a random enviroment.

I can confirm, Bitcoin Real Time Statistics is virus free, but it is not very stable. I tried manual refresh but program crashed.

How so? Can you please put a screenshot so that I can see and fix it?

It is working now, but tried three times before and everytime crashed. Also you should do refreshing in threading, because right now when refreshing UI and main window are frozen. Also price display is little weird.

I thought you put a screenshot about the crash and the error message, what it says there.

I has only 1 thread, i think i should remove the refresh button because either way it refreshes automatically, i think the manual refresh interferes with the refresh process and makes it crash.

There was no error message, just standard windows message that program stopped working.

Alright , i`m looking into it, in the meantime i removed the download link.


Also since i saw that the Martingale Tester was so popular, i decided to update it, now VERSION 1.4, i`ve added new feature into it, and included some explanation how to use it, in form of tooltip when you move the mouse over a label. I hope this will make it more easy to use.

Also if you people request any feature to be added in it, i will consider it and it will be free too.

Basically everything in this thread is free, so profit from the occasion!

Most of these apps can be found online and they seem to lack a bit in terms of UI, but hey, it's free so you can't really complain. Good luck with everything.

Yes there is. I don't deal in cash anymore because the transaction fees are horrible. And to my knowledge there is not a single big vendor site that accepts Bitcoin for now.

So if there is anyone who already sells stuff there, might aswell just sell my stuff too.

I get revenue from the banner ads that are in the software, and the seller can keep 100% profit. It's as simple as that.

+Plus i`m not a good seller, i`m sure there are more experienced sellers on amazon than me, and they can sell it better.

Idk if its possible, it will need a Blockchain api, and it could show your online wallet id.

I have no idea in what format the normal .wal files come, so i cant help you with that, but in newer versions i`ll check the api thing, and perhaps make it smoother and easier to load.

At the moment i`m working one something else.

Due to many people downloading the Bitcoinstats 1.4 software, i thought I update it, because people do like it.

Changelog:
■ Fixed the load speed, now all information retrieves are done with JSON api, so the load time will be considerably faster. In previous versions "get" methods were used and webpage readers to get the data, which were inneficient and slow.
■ Added Network Hashpower info, now you can check the total hashpower of the BTC network
■ Added BTC/GBP, BTC/JPY prices too
■ Added a red/green/blue triangle that shows that the new price increased, decreased or stayed the same vs previous price
■ Changed the theme colors, the previous version's green theme was probably a little annoying so i changed it to a smooth black color
■ Timer changed to 10 seconds instead of 30, and with the new JSON API retrieve data stream technology its much more faster still.
■ Removed the progress bar and added a chart in the top-right corner instead, to show how much % of bitcoins left to be mined
■ All known bugs and crashes fixed, and loading speed is now super fast!

If someone tries to sell something that has a banner ad in it, they will know its a free version. No one expects banner ads in something they pay for. You are just trying to get people to advertise the stuff for you. I don't see that it can be sold, without repercussions, because of the ads.

I understand your complaint, but let me explain why it is so.

■First of all the software is already selling at half price than it would normally do. All these softwares are sold for 15-100$ while mine is hardly 4$. The martingale tester is worth atleast 50$ , yet I sell it for about 10$.

■Secondly, your claim is invalid: What about steam? And other popular games. Pay -per -download + they are full of ads. My softwares contains only 1 small banner, than can be hidden so I don't think it's that much of a burden. Also it has no other ads like popup or annoying ads, only 1 small banner that can be hidden, thats all.

■Thirdly, my software gives automatic commercial rights to everyone who purchased it. Try that with other softwares, i don't think you will find anybody else so generous that will let you sell their software without paying them royalty. My royalty is the banner ad itself, so i`m very generous. Otherwise a commercial license would cost around 100-500$,I require none of that.

So let's recap: only 5-10$ for a very useful software + free commercial rights, I think it's worth it. And i`m sure others view it fair aswell, if you still think its unfair, then suggest me a better price. I`m up for negotiation, but you must provide good arguments for it.

Changelog:
■ Added titles to all of the columns so that you know which column is what
■ Now you can add new addresses by just entering the address & description and press ENTER, no need to press "Add" anymore
■ Added the 2 green arrow buttons, so that you can move the addresses up or down in the list
■ The height of the software is a bit bigger so more addresses can be seen in the list before you need to scroll it
■ Compatible with all previous versions of the "DATA.txt" file, so if you added already your addresses just delete the old QUICKWALLET and put the new 1.42 version next to the DATA.txt, its compatible with all previous versions!

Yes indeed thats why i created it, 1 click to open and check all stats, dont have to waste time search on google for them.

Also the QUICKWALLET is based on the same principle, instead of checking all your address balances on blockchain.info, you can just enter all of them there and they will refresh at every 15 seconds showing the exact "Final Balance" a.k.a the Current Balance.

Most wallets need a lot of time to load up and if you dont want to transact bitcoin, just keep track of them, then QUICKWALLET is the best one to use , simple , efficient and quick :)

On an unrealted note, I saw when I was a lurker you were selling the source for a bitcoin facuet application, I would love to buy it for 5mbtc.

Yes you may find alternatives but none will be as convenient and easy to use as mine. I myself and my friends use them too, especially the Bitcoin Realtime Stats to keep track of the price realtime, i leave that running all day, the price just crashed like 20€ and i saw that in realtime, bet that no other site will notify you when stuff like that heppense.

Also the QUICKWALLET is my favorite, i can keep track of all my addresses (or addresses of my friends that i want to follow) in realtime, so i dont have to wait 40 minutes until Armory loads up my watch only wallet or to check them 1 by 1 on blockchain.info, its very inconvenient,so i can keep track of all of them at once with QUICKWALLET...

So yes there is alternative, but convenience, speed and ease to use is the winner, and my softwares are the best in that perspective.

Although if you find the prices of it too high or too low, please suggest a better price for them, and i`ll consider it, thanks!

I am looking for people who purchased Martingale Tester 1.56. I want to know their opinions of this program, is it worth it or not, as I can see it is the most expensive program in your offer.

It can test the martingale gambling strategy and simulate it in different conditions, which you can specify there.

Also it has the unique feature whereas you can simulate a martingale betting session as you withraw X% of the profits after each bet into a "safebox" , basically just removing the risk from it, and simulating it that way.

So for example if you gamble 10 bitcoin, and you risk it all, after every profit made, you can put X% of it safely away, out of the gambling session, so that even if you lose the 10 bitcoin, a few % of it will be saved.

You can configure the gamblign strategy as you wish, and you can set your reasonable expactations, which is the most important.

As gambling is gambling, however you can kind of analize the reasonable expectation you can win or lose so that you can set your risk beforehand and be a more responsible gambler  :)

Huge update, I updated the Quickwallet to 1.60 and made alot of changes you won't even recognize it. Fixed also many bugs and made it very easy to use.

Changes:
-Added AUD , australian dollar to the prices, so this will be visible too
-Increased font and windows size to make it more visible
-Added yearly inflation , so you can now see how much the bitcoin supply has inflated over the last 365 days
-Changed the average transaction size period from 1 month to 1 day, so you can see more recent transactions better
-Made the chart bigger so it looks more user friendly

-Added a feature to edit the description, now you can edit it directly , no need to delete from list and add it back
-Fixed refresh issue, now the refresh list is 10x faster, and whenever a refresh is not succesful due to internet connection problems, automatically a refresh again is triggered
-Refresh timer got a longer interval to not exhaust your internet conenction
-Because of this, a manual refresh button is added in case you want to refresh more frequently
-Refreshing is more dynamic and evened out, so your internet connection wont be slowed down at all
-Corrected a few UI bugs and misplaced texts

**New Software: What's My IP Address**

A simple 1 click to use tool, that will show your (external) IP address. It is portable, and you can copy the address to the clipboard. Since there are many websites that show this info, i thought it's easier to make a portable 1-click app from it, its much easier to use.

That one detection is probably a false positive from a lesser-known antivirus.

I use Bitdefender 2015 (the best one this year) and it shows clean, that antivirus is probably a crappy one. You can always set up a virtual OS and track my software's behaviour, you won't find anything suspicious.

The only thing Realtime Info does ,is fetches the JSON format data about bitcoin and displays it inside the software.

Did you checked the others?

Looking at those links, it seems as though the false positive is from an antivirus called Qihoo-360. Interestingly, it was involved in a scandal a couple days ago where the leading AV ranking sites like AV‐Comparatives, AV‐TEST and Virus Bulletin disqualified it of any awards because they were found to have cheated. Essentially,  the  Chinese company Qihoo 360 submitted one version of its software for testing, but then released a different one.

I've just downloaded those programs too, and Bitdefender 2015 sayd it is all clear. Really I don't think that there's any doubt about the safety of these programs. They're also very useful. Great job, OP.

No problem. Could you perhaps make some sort of converter software for the current, live bitstamp rate? Like preev.com, you can calculate what 0.423btc is without having to whip out a calculator. Plus, if you supported adding multiple currencies, using some kind of live exchange rate, that would be something very useful and it would be something I would use on a daily basis.

Turns out, some escrows here have quite a bit of money here and those scammers claiming to have won many bitcoins in investment schemes have nothing in their wallets.

It's a must have!

The martingale tester is for gamblers to test their martingale strategy's risk or expectations ( to be real with their expectations).

Its easy to use, you got there a binary files filled with random 0,1 numbers. You can get any random number from your own random number generator, then run your test on that sample of data.

For example you have a dice and you can generate your own randomness, and let's say 1-3 will be equal to 0, and 4-6 will be 1, so you can make your own [0,1] randomness.

Then just set your settings you wish and test it. Good for roulette, baccarat,or dice games. Or just to satisfy your curiousity.

It will be based on blockchain.info rate. It will check everytime you query it. It's not a price widget but like a converter, you write how much you want to convert and it will show it's price.

No idea, i designed it work windows. It could probably work on mac, but i`m not sure.

It shouldn't be too difficult to get the real-time prices from Bitstamp and use the data to make something similar to Preev. Bitstamp, like most exchanges, probably has an API so you could make an API call to get the current price. Then it's simply a matter of converting the input (in BTC or USD) to the output (again in BTC or USD) simply by multiplying it against this price.

I could probably do it myself since I have some Python/Java knowledge although I'm not familiar with Bitstamp's API commands.

I`ve already done it, i`ll publish it soon 2-3 hours ( i have to debug it completely).

Always interesting to see that sites never seem to miss out NZD. Our population is smaller than Minnesota and yet our currency always seems to be included in currency lists no matter where you go (back when I was into forex trading, this was the case as well).

Yes because its one of the strongest currencies in the world. There are still a few cental banks that dont use the currency as a toilet paper. Even now it has the highest real interest rate in the world: 3.5% with very low inflation. Plus you guys got alof of gold reserves and small debt. Must be a nice country.

Alright, all softwares are now updated to v2.0

No more freezes, no more slow startup time. Now everything is lightning fast. Also many UI corrections have been made as well, colors have been changed to more eye friendly and more. The QR code generator doesnt lags anymore when you input into the textbox fast, and the realtime info doesnt start slowly anymore. All known bugs eliminated forever :)

Also the license is updated, its more precise now, now you can know exactly what are your rights over the software but basically it's this: free personal and free commercial use, and no royalty required if you decide to monetize and sell them , in fact you are encouraged to monetize it and distribute it, because that makes me more money from the ads :)

A small bug that I can report is that when the rate is updating, the app freezes for about 3-4 seconds before the conversion rate is changed. Also, for some currencies, the price of 1BTC is shown above the rate for 1BTC to USD. Is this a glitch perhaps?

No it is frozen deliberately to not overcharge the server that gives the data. Because every time you write a number or modify it, it queries the server. If i had not done that, then it would have overloaded the server as many people can just use that to slow down the server maliciously.

No the left side shows always the Ask price, and the right side shows the Bid price.

Because when you input 2 BTC for example, you obviously want to buy, and it shows the Ask.

When you input 300 $ , then it shows the Bid price and its respective BTC, because then you probably want to Sell.

The Quick Wallet does exactly that. It checks how many BTC you got on multiple addresses, you can check any address you want with it, you dont need to own that address.
