Title: Quitting Cryptocurrencies
Post by: SuperDuperJenkins on July 23, 2012, 08:55:04 PM
Hi everyone,

I've decided to quit supporting cryptocurrencies in a whole.

I am no longer going to mine them , trade them , buy or sell them.

I am no longer going to support any cryptocurrency that has now moved towards mass censorship , public logs , 0 anonyminity and complete centralization.

I have spent the last 2 weeks having my name slandered for something I did not do.

I have had to deal with a mafia based exchange that when I reported them for fraud , money laundering and other illegal activities they threatened to report me to the police for doing something I did not do.

They lied about saying I sent child pornographic images which I NEVER did.

I have had my reputation destroyed by an exchange that's scared they are going to go to Pound Me in The Ass Federal Prison so they make up lies so I go down with them.

I am EXTREMELY tired of this and have decided to sell all my bitcoins for USD and withdrawal myself completely from all cryptocurrencies.

Those that I owe bitcoins/litecoins to will have to be paid in cash instead of cryptocurrency.

Goodbye,

SupaDupaJenkins

If you're innocent and live in a developed nation, you probably don't have much to fear on this front. Saying a guy sent you child porn isn't the same as proving it. If you never sent it, why are you worried?
Because most of the people competent to sit on a jury are too lazy to do it and often evade it?

Also, the laws regarding child pornography are pretty ridiculous in "developed nations"; you don't need to have ever intentionally done anything, if it ever touched your hard drive in some way or another, you're guilty.

I'm worried because if I get raided they will find..

4000 GB of Backed Up Game Releases
128 GB of Xbox 360 / Wii / PS3 nand flash dumps
750 GB of Homebrew Applications and softmodding/flashing/decryption tools

All legal (if they really are just backups...). Besides,
  • you just confessed to having all that publicly
  • having illegal copies of stuff isn't criminal in most jurisdictions, so only copyright holders care, not prosecutors

So, the pedo bear who claims that ruminating about juvenile genitalia is okay is leaving and taking his excuses with him, but wants to make sure that he admits to felony theft from a variety of game developers and software companies, and to stockpiling tools to wreck havoc on electronic systems?

Well, I must say that I, for one, am glad to see this loser leave. Hope you got all the attention you so desperately craved, now go back to your dark little NAMBLA boards and leave this world alone.

You are claiming that they robbed you without evidence(please do point it out if there is any) but you have the self-rightious right to claim they are fraudulent without any evidence?

Do you not see the hypocrisy ?

How is their alleged robbing you any different than your 51% attack on a coin which "robbed" all of the value that other users had simply because you did not care for it? And even more interesting, using others mining hashes to do it? Maybe not the strongest moral high ground to stand on.

Confession! I love baby dicks. There, I said it. Sincerely, I really do love baby dicks. So, I guess you're right, SDJ. And there's no way I can ever get in trouble for making such a true statement. Not a single policeman in the world can touch me for saying it. I can even walk into a police station right now and proclaim loudly that I love baby dicks. My only hope, though, is that all those baby dicks grow up to be a better detective than I.

Excuse me while I lulz over this logic.

You blatently went out of your way to kill the project, you took time and mining of coins away from others who saw potential financial gains out of it.

You did take something from others.

Alright, per our contract can you please pay me with either cash in the mail or a MoneyPak?

Look, I understand that some people and other organizations have gotten on your bad side and given you a hard time. That's unfortunate, I would be pretty angry too.

In the end, though, that has nothing to do with the agreement between you and I. I helped you out when you were in a tough spot. You agreed to the loan terms.

If you would like we can discuss this in private on IRC.

Thanks.

Ok great. I apologize for not reading that. I was skimming over the posts.

Please log onto IRC and discuss the details with me so we can figure it out. If possible lets do a MoneyPak. I'll drop the loan amount back to the 5 btc principal and I will even pay for the MoneyPak.

Thanks.

Unfortunately we're no longer accepting PayPal, so that isn't an option.

Are you sure you want our conversation to be public?

I will pay back the bitcoin loans I have in bitcoins but only because I owed them for a set date to be repaid...

That's the ONLY reason I'm buying more bitcoins to pay back my debts...

After they are paid back I'm NEVER using bitcoins or any other cryptocurrency again..

That's perfectly fine too.

So when will repayment be? Having a date set in stone makes me feel better  ;)

You say that now... But you're hooked. It will start with, "Oh, I'll just leave a little USD in the exchange, just in case", but in no time, you'll be chasing the dragon again, mark my words. ;)

Pretty obvious, little bitch loves the abuse. Keeps coming back to get pimp-slapped, begs for discipline and then makes empty promises about going away.

Like I said, who cares about this creepy-ass pedophile? Go the fuck away already.

Sucks to see you go man. I wasn't around to hear the full story but from the little you said I doubt much of that is true. Goodbye.

This loan has been repaid in full.

Thanks Supa.

As in the famous scene of Casabitcoin, "I'm shocked to see Bitcoin loans being paid back!"

Seriously, good show, SDJ! And now a gift from me to you. A little insight to let you on the joke earlier on this thread. Al the Alpaca and I are the same person.

Later, bud.

Al the Alpaca and I are the same person.

Huh. I always wondered why I never saw you both in the same room at the same time.
