Any idea on how to transfer money from the Czech Republic to Venezuela / Panama City / Colombia utilizing BitCoin? Are there some exchanges which will charge minimum fees or some options to convert BitCoin into USD on an exchange without too much hassle? I was thinking about converting CZK into BitCoin, sending BitCoin into the foreign exchange and from there withdrawing it in USD.

http://rebittance.org/ doesn't cover those 3 countries yet (the closest is Mexico). There's this old thread about Colombian bitcoin exchange, not sure whether they still operate, the site is up though: https://bitmarket.co/es (https://bitmarket.co/es) You can always try to do it through localbitcoins, but will probably be quite expensive.
