Loan approvals are on a case by case basis. Rank doesn't matter; however, please be adviced that you are more than likely not going to be approved if you're a newbie. You're asking for trouble giving loans up to 1.5 btc without collateral. Higher ranks will scam for less than that and ditch their account.

I suggest you read this The rule of "No Collateral, No Loan" means that in order to get a loan you must give collateral that is equal, or preferably higher to the amount you are being loaned. If you completely ignore this sticky and make a loan request with no collateral, without having massive trust on the forum, the chances of you getting negative trusted feedback and therefore having a Trade with Extreme Caution tag is almost 100%. For those interested in getting a loan, Do NOT send collateral first if OP decides to ask for it. Always use escrow. I know title shows no collateral loans but you see this often in the lending section. Eventually the lender will ask for collateral because of "risk" or some other reason.
