My biggest concern is that merchants are going to start discontinuing their acceptance of Bitcoin if consumer adoption doesn't take off soon. I honestly wonder how many months / years we've got before the lack of sales in the form of Bitcoin motivates them to take the option off the table. I've got an online store and am offering 10% off right now. In 4 months I've had 1 sale in Bitcoin. And that's with roughly 20 orders a day.
