This is interesting.  I've never seen FB accounts for sale before.  How much do they usually sell for and what would even be the point?  Purely a business thing or some sort of sociopathic scene?

Usually a business thing. You can easily get clicks. Plus its very hard to not having your account blocked with so many friends because you have to constantly confirm them in the early stages of your account. My accounts are made over 6 month period with no problems with lock outs there on.

These accounts are made by me for the soul purpose so it can be used for ads or any business related reasons. The accounts are not hacked at all there all real users who are active.

Firstly is there any proof that he//she has control of the account?

Secondly is there any proof that the account is legit and not hacked?

I find it hard to believe if legit he/she would need to create a new account to sell it, i smell something fishy here.

the account is not hacked. I have complete ownership of it.

Having ownership of it now does not mean someone else owned it just days before you hacked it and created a new account to try sell it here i hope you understand it looks like something isn't quite right here. 

Like I said these accounts are created by me for the purpose of ads and other business. I do not hack any of these accounts there legit.
