You can join to a signature campaign, several of them accept Newbie rank like you :D

Provide services online, give micro loans to people with a collateral. Also bitcoin websites with referral rewards usually pay well but you won't earn much if you don't have a way to massively promote your code for free.

if you are starting making money I think its better to start with faucet, its never worth your time, but something is better than nothing, also you understand how the smallest btc is working...

Mine bitcoin is not a good way, you can buy it directly.

I would recommend the first two but not the third. Signature campaigns seem to be an easy wat to get some btc but you need a higher account to get some decent money.

I would also recommend staying away from faucets, gambling and ponzis.

You can work for them. Right now is a great time to do it. People will pay more btc while the price is low. If you can afford to hold then you might do well

Do you have any kind of online skills? First take sometime writing down what it is you are good at, then when you have a list you should use google for ways to earn bitcoin.

I done this for you firstly you should try http://99bitcoins.com (http://99bitcoins.com) they have many different ways of gaining BTC from the mundane to those that require professional skills.

I would right the usual sig, faucets etc but they are not really a great help with a low activity and without having a way to promote your referral codes well.

Yeah signature campaign are the best way to earn bitcoin if you don`t have any mining equipment, if you skill for designing, coding or other staff that you can offer, it is wise to create a thread and give them an over view of what you can do. i don`t suggest doing the faucet it takes a lot of your time.

Whenever I see this question, I always said the same thing. You can either earn directly in btc (options are there but limited) or you can earn providing services, selling goods or whatever in fiat. Get a day job just like everyone else. Later use that fiat to convert to btc. It's still the same thing.

You can do it if the gpu of your laptop is quite powerful. Most of the altcoins are GPU-based so you shouldn't get a hard time mining them if you have a powerful GPU. Just download the mining software and set the configuration to whatever altcoin you want to mine and then start mining right away. A friendly tip, mine altcoins that you think would make it big in the market and mine it in its infancy and keep a bunch. Wait for it to be available in the market then sell for btc.

Cloud mining = you need to start with your own money to fund your account and let the service do the mining for you. It is a good way to familiarize yourself with mining but you won't get a lot of profit in it.

As for the other methods, there are numerous ways to earn btc. You can sell your skills and service to other people and in turn, ask for btc as payment. You can also enroll in a signature campaign here in btt and earn some money and at the same time, learn things about bitcoins yourself.

this is how i started and im earning currently 0.2 - 0.4 btc per month

not requiring initial money:
- faucets - not really worth the time effort, unless you have huge referrals base. huge, meaning at least 100.
- signature campaigns - yes, but unfortunately for you, you need some higher rank in order to be able to participate.
requiring some initial money:
- cloud mining - you can check it out, if you feel you would like to learn about it, but the time you have to spend waiting to break even on your initial investment may discourage you.
- gambling - that is also an option, although I am not recommending it. Do it at your own risk, if you feel that is something you like. Faucets are complete waste of time. the time you spent clicking on  faucet may be spent in a much better and efficient way. See my earlier post at the top of this page for details.

No, cloud mining is bassicaly an scam, avoid it you will never profit from it. Best way is to do some job you are experienced in and get salary in BTC or just simply join signature campaign.

cloud mining is not really profitable anymore unless for long term , there is a lot of ways to make "easy" BTc and one of them is signature compaigns , don't listen to people that says faucets are good because they aren't and you will barely earn nothing from them . another thing is using BTCJam it's for Loaning and you can get interesst as far as I know , never tested it tho and it does require some real informations ( ID included )

Faucets are not bad. They are simply beyond being bad. They are terrible waste of time. Maybe faucets are good if you are a beggar or someone with bazillion hours to spend on useless clicking and typing captchas.

With signature campaigns the only risk is that the campaign runs out of funds and you won't get paid (which may happen, but you will be informed by other users in this forum).

it is a figure of speech, normal faucets give drops, this one gives more, like a waterfall. But not sure if they can hold up and deliver, they might just be building a userbase real quick with false promisses and then leave us all behind, it happens and then life goes on :)

Signature campaigns and giveaways are the best options to earn few bitcoins while others do mining and rent their CPU for bitcoins which I don't know how they do it. Best is to earn rather than to gamble with poker.

Faucets are not expect to be forever. Just take it while it last. If this faucet can hold it longer then its fine if not, you are not losing much.

I see lots of "don't use faucets" responses in this thread, is that just because, for the most part, you'll spend more in electricity using them than they'll payout in satoshi?  I'm new to BTC and have been using a few faucets just get get a positive balance in my wallet.  I click the faucets while doing other computer work, so it's not like I'm sitting there twiddling my thumbs, waiting for faucet timers.  So far I've racked up about 0.003BTC with my spare clicks over the past few nights.

Even the free level one faucet at the one site in my sig, is really not worth doing unless you value $0.01 a day. But if you enjoy more risky investments/thrill/fun, then with as little as 0.05 or 0.01, you hopefully will come out ahead. Forget about the signature campaigns. If you are not a senior member with activity of >300, it is not worth the effort. Try other methods to earn Bitcoin, such as freelancing and publishing adverts (I'd recommend Coinurl).

As for cloud mining. I've been checking and investing in most cm services that looked okay (never lost anything or got scammed). The only website I've made a profit was hashprofit, and the one website I'd avoid in the future is cex.io.

If you just want "some" to mess around with, faucets are good, but it will take lots of time.

If you really want to do anything with them, you'll need to buy first.
