You need to have selfesteem and believe in your community and actually work together towards success and attract investors to your projects.

It doesn't matter how much self-esteem or belief in their coin a community has it's usually just false hope and expectations from people pumping whatever coin they own. People just seem to be delusional about their chosen coin based on absolutely nothing.
