I'm offering a service to win 100% of paypal disputes. I charge a fee of 15-20% of the transaction amount being disputed, and I may require you to join me on Skype at some stage so I can call paypal on your behalf. (if the transaction is $250+, this will almost always be required)

I have a 100% success rate, even if the transaction is "unauthorized purchase" I can ensure paypal credit your account from their side in order for you not to lose out.

Requirements:

PayPal account must be 6+ months old & verified to use this service
You must be resident in UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia or NZ
You must be ready to sit on call with me to paypal (so you can go through security) so I can talk to them to get your case sorted


Once we've made our deal then I will have the funds released/unheld from you within 5 days maximum.

Fee is between 15%-20% on a per transaction basis. Lower amount = higher fee. No amount too low or too high.

PM me with details for a quote, I will need specific info on the transaction as I'm not looking to help scammers or any low lifes.

Payment is in BTC exclusively, none of this "if you get the transaction unheld I'll pay you from those funds". That's BS, if you want it unheld and sorted you pay upfront. Success is 100%.

Just stop it op. You are not fooling anyone anymore. If your red trust is not enough indication of your mischievous ways then this post is. How can you offer people 100% chance to win disputes against Paypal? That is even a fantasy for people with only half brain.

This means that I can scam people if I pay money for a "Scamming license"? ;D

This is another reason why PayPal fucking sucks. Charge backs make it horrible.

Just to clarify... If I buy a $48.490 Fantasy Dream 1PH/s miner, receive it and then start a dispute... You will guarantee that I get my money back with the only requirement being that I can be on call to verify my identity?

PS. I received that miner last night in my dream, and it's worth every imaginary money I spent on it.

I can win any dispute. I've won disputes ranging from 5 bucks upto $10,000. As I said though, I'm not in the business of helping scammers / illegitimate dealers.



Think it's a fantasy all you want. The fact is PayPal are a good customer service company if you speak to them properly. That's what I do in order to get your case resolved quickly.




If you/the member preferred, you could call paypal from your own skype account, get through security and then add me to the call once you're speaking with someone. That'd be fine also. :)

I might agree with you about paypal but do it privately, not on a bitcoin forum.
