It is easy to fix: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4943.msg72237#msg72237 Try deleting everything in your Bitcoin data directory (https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Data_directory) except wallet.dat (and bitcoin.conf if it exists). Your block database may have been corrupted.
