This is strange as CEX supose to be down. Stay away of cloudmining. I have a contract with Genesis Cloud Mining for 7 month and now it`s clear that I lost there as well. I use cex.io CEX.IO was legit and the most known as far as I know , but they shutted down for someone because Bitcoin price dropped and it's not really profitable for them anymore .
