Title: 1 wallet, 2 clients
Post by: Dapsol on February 11, 2015, 04:50:44 PM
Hi,

I'm currently using Electrum 1.9.8 on OSX.
Is it possible to use the same wallet on my iPhone, in BreadWallet, at the same time? ( http://app.breadwallet.com/ (http://app.breadwallet.com/) )

So to clarify, i want to send and receive on both devices, from the same wallet.

Thanks :)

you can always import your private keys from one wallet into another wallet. although it is not recommended!

To answer a question that you didn't ask, you can absolutely use multiple electrum clients with the same seed.  Each client will sync up on start and see whatever transactions it might have missed from the other clients and everything is cool.

I do this all the time.

^This Is the only way of using same wallet over different clients.
