transform the voting system.

Voting on what?

elections?candidate? not sure i understood your question

blockchain technology has the potential to transform voting system to become totally transparent and fair.
the current voting system is flawed and corrupt, it's all about self interest and greed.

I was wondering exactly how could such voting system technically be put in place
