So.. finally it reach $230 USD again. And I have a feeling that it will hit $260 USD pretty soon. Anyone have the same feeling? And posible $300 in two weeks.. Not pumping Bitcoin. Just telling how I'm feeling right now. Hopfully it wont drop back to $210 - $220 USD again..

IMHO we will some good news for this! As long as exchanges get hacked, the price will stay low...  :(

Lets hope it wont go back and that this is just begging of price rise.
I will be disappointing if price goes again in range you mentioned.

There are plenty with worse averages than that, don't worry.  A little jump forward again, I admit it's hard to get excited about s very small retrace, but is better than a continued fall!

250$ easily within 24hours, but i fear thats it, then back to 220-230 $ range like it was lately.
I dont see any reason why it would go to 300$+ NOW, when it didnt do anything on positive news and so on..

Whenever there is a climb in price some whale starts buying and encourages the climb. Then at the top they dump. This almost always happens. Please learn.

multiple subjects on a less then 10% uptick.  excitement over nothing.

What is $10 in the grand scheme of things? If you are truly one of us the price won't even matter for the next few years unless it crashes to $0.

This $20 price jump is the first signs of spring. :)

TA shows a great possibility of seeing $300+ in the next few days....

I keep seeing a gain of ~10% in the last 24 hours whenever I check the price. A strong rally!

Im just wondering why it happened on a weekend, when banks are closed for transactions. seems there will be a flash dump..

Reach 259.90 USD just now. I hope it wont fall to 230 USD next week (especially weekdays..). I wonder how would Chinese New Year affect Bitcoin price..

Bter just lost 7k coins, this may slightly cause the down trend, but the whole situation would be up

That actually depends if the hacker choses to sell those coins.

 If he does, then yes we might see a crash. Hopefully the start of new week should bring us up

Most thiefs are focused on short term profit, so i doubt he will hodl his coin, well maybe in start til things settle down a bit, and they he will
probably run them through bitcoinmixer and sell one portion at a time.
He surely wont hodl 7k coins and risk loosing value on them.

May I ask how you follow all this news and make a conclusion out of it?
I'd like to follow the market and learn to make predictions myself by watching what happens when certain news hits.

Whenever there's a theft of this magnitude it would seem like there should be an initial holding period as the news would've went far and wide so these mixing services would be able to get a report on the stolen coins so they don't go ahead and become an accessory to this crime while also profiting from it. Bitmixer and co should have a credibility rating in this so-called free market and helping out bandits should knock their rating out while a mixing company(s) that doesn't engage in that behavior would end up shooting to the top and the bad ones would go out of business. This way, at least these stolen coins would have to sit where they are and always be visible w/o being able to be cashed out so the incentive to engage in stealing/hacking would be a waste of time, and surely there would be no short term benefit for doing so.

They may not be able to dump immediately, but they can slowly break out small portions and mix it through any exchange or gambling site. Even if some are caught and frozen there is still enough for a big profit.

Perhaps but if there's this short term and almost immediate mixing need/nature of this crime then maybe what I was describing will help.

Well..   you were right in saying it would hit $260 mark..

But it also came down to $220 again, as you had feared.  This is the world of Bitcoin we live in. Everything is possible  :)

Glad it reached $260 USD a while back. Sad that I did not sell them at $260 USD. Fear not, it gonna worth more than that in the near future..
