If you dont have a bank account, you can pay by classic post office money order, or through muthoot as well. You dont need bank account for these but its quite slow. Also you can simply go to any of these banks : SBI / Baroda/ Axis and deposit cash in my account (if you are dealing with me) and you wont need a bank account for that either. Off course you are welcome to use any escrow free or paid.. if paid then you bear the charges. I will fund the escrow before you pay me. If commuting costs are not there, they might decide to sell such small amounts.
