It is possible to take them off (in one piece), but that requires a bit of effort. They will not go off by themselves, i can assure you..

Funny idea. It reminds me of some old-school AdBusters shit. Wonder if they actually accept Bitcoin? They should.

What to do with the stickers?

These stickers are made for coinvertisement.

It means that you stick them to your ''traditional'' coin money (FIAT). After you stuck them to your coins, you just spend your coins like you normally would (for example: in the supermarket).

The next owners of the coin read the sticker and thus get informed about bitcoin!

The stickers are extra thin, so that they coins remain suitable for daily use & vending machines.

WOO YA!

The only thing that matters is the size of the coins. The stickers fit well for coins between 21 and 27 millimeters.

Coins such as one and two euro's, an American Quarter or a Britisch Pound work out well

I think it's not. For instance; https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/333
this action could be classified under "defacing money".

18 USC section 333 specifically only relates to defacing bank notes, including but not limited to Federal Reserve Notes. It has nothing to do with defacing coins. You'd make a stronger case arguing that it's illegal under section 331 https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/331 but even still, it's not a permanent defacement of the coin (a sticker can be removed) and, more importantly, section 331 makes it a crime to "fraudulently" deface a coin. Nobody is suggesting putting a sticker on a coin (or defacing it in any other way) to make it seem more valuable than it actually is or to commit any other form of fraud.
