Title: Quebec Requires Licenses for Bitcoin Companies Post by: Coinbuddy on February 15, 2015, 12:11:09 PM The Canadian province of Quebec has issued a regulatory mandate that will require digital currency ATM and exchange operators to obtain a license in order to legally operate within the province of Quebec. This mandate comes as an amendment to the Policy Statement to The Money Service Businesses Act, which sets up regulations for companies providing money transmission services.
