I think this would be somewhat risky for someone considering to use a credit card associated with their identity to do this. If you were to host something illegal then the person paying for the hosting could potentially be implicated; plus the fact that the person paying for the hosting would have no idea if something illegal is being hosted

What did you think i think you just want to post because you signature , what can i post illegal ? 

I am just pointing out that it is possible that you could end up hosting any number of illegal things and whoever pays for the hosting for you would end up being at risk.

I can vouch for bitcoin_BOy$ for the work he has done for me in the past and that this hosting will be used (primarily) for the BIT-X bot.

So let me get this straight. You are paying him, who in turn is going to pay someone else to host the bit-x bot. Is this something close to along the lines to being accurate?

Why don't you pay someone to host it yourself ???

There are too many parties to this transaction for it to potentially be safe for anyone

is it like goddady and did it support cron jobs ,,, Or theirs a low system ?

What kind of hosting do you need specifically? Just a standard cpanel hosting account or a VPS/dedi?
