Title: I hate SolveMedia
Post by: OmegaCollector on February 16, 2015, 05:26:09 PM
That's all I wanted to say. I hate SolveMedia - it's not working as much as it is working. It takes forever to work through my list of faucets with the dumb system giving me incomprehensible captchas. In my perfect world, everyone will use reCaptcha or AreYouHuman.  ;D

solvemedia may take a little time but it is easy to solve with non blurred words.

They also help the site owners to keep the users on the site for a little longer and that helps us to offer better prizes in our faucets.

Also try supporting your favorite faucets by clicking a banner once in a while because most of them depend on ad revenue to keep the faucet flowing!

If more people would turn off ad blockers and click a few ads, you would see allot more faucets with highers prizes.  ;)

cheating a faucet by blocking ads or never clicking the ads will just make the faucet sites dry up and that means no free bitcoin for everyone.  :(

hope this helps you all understand how faucet sites work.  ;)

Oh, I know they are ad supported, and I purposely click a few ads here and there, but I can't click an add on every faucet, I use over 200 a day. I also know that faucet owners get a tiny little bit of money from the captchas. And you're right, when they are non blurred, they are easy. No problem.

But every day, there's a period of several hours when they don't work, and that's when I hate SolveMedia. I have started creating a list of sites that use reCaptcha, so I can keep clicking. It was just a small rant at SolveMedia for slowing me down!

Every time the words are not 100% clear, just click the reload arrow on the captcha.
Never had big troubles. Also it proves that you are human and know what you can do and what you cannot.

But what can you do when this crap keeps appearing, I for one have not solved any that look like this.

Answer has got  to be "crap"
The thing is with this sort of captcha is you can type anything you want.

Click the arrow.

It does not change to something easier when I click the arrow, it usually changes to something more unreadable, and for hours it stays the same on other faucets... I gave solve media a right telling off for these captchas.
They don't care at all, some people have very poor eyesight, they still don't care even after telling them.
Just click the link in solve media to register your disgust, I always do :)

solvemedia pays 0.2$ to 1$ per 1000 captcha solved
