Title: AlertPay / ProPay -- anything but paypal Post by: mizerydearia on August 31, 2010, 03:37:58 AM I researched PayPal stealing money (http://www.google.com/search?q=paypal+stole+my+money) and encountered http://propay.com. It would be interesting for exchange markets to use a payment service provider / payment gateway other than paypal.
A better option is Alertpay https://www.alertpay.com/en/Default.aspx (https://www.alertpay.com/en/Default.aspx) which also has an api for developers.
