So why not use escrow? Them sending first to you wont stop a chargeback and the whole PayPal is risky thing has been used by scammers over and over hoping somebody will send first. Be very careful. Everyone treats new people as scammers, in my opinion it's the older members who cheat new members out of money with high interest rates and "bought" accounts. I hate doing business on this site due to that fact. I've dealt with way more assholes in this place then I have on any other website. Honestly. can people not charge back for bitcoin anymore? i have gotten chargedback for accepting paypal and i called them (a couple years ago) and they straight up told me they won't help me because i said i sold bitcoin.
