Title: How Vladimir Putin is building alliances around the world
Post by: Chef Ramsay on February 17, 2015, 10:31:22 PM
As the Russian president visits his EU ally Viktor Orban, prime minister of Hungary, we look at other leaders around the world who have embraced the divisive Vladimir Putin

Quote
North Korea
The Kremlin has been nurturing ties with Pyongyang for years as a way of thumbing its nose at the West, but the effort accelerated last year as the Ukraine crisis took hold.

In January, the Kremlin confirmed that Kim Jong Un, North Korea’s eccentric leader, will attend the annual Victory Day celebrations on Red Square on May 9 marking the Soviet triumph over the Nazis during the Second World War.

Syria
Russia is the main international backer of Bashir al-Assad’s Syria and Western politicians have accused Vladimr Putin of supplying his regime with arms.

Earlier this month, Mr Putin renewed his criticism of US airstrikes targeting Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant in Syria, saying they should not be carried out without Damascus’s permission.

Hungary
Viktor Orban, Hungary’s prime minister, famously said last year that he wanted to abandon liberal democracy in favour of an “illiberal state”.

He has provoked street protests by cosying up to the authoritarian Mr Putin, despite the unease of Hungary’s EU partners.

I love it how the MSM twists it: building bilateral mutually-beneficial alliances is now called "divisive" :) I notice that the compulsory Putin-smearing is in place as well.

And I bet those street protests in Hungary are most probably of the same kind as the ones created on Bolotnaja in Russia and on Maidan in Ukraine.

Snail2, if you read this, how does it really look from Hungary?

I was made clear that situation in the world right now awfully resembles events right before World War II. This time Russia is doing exactly what Germany did in the past. History is the best teacher of life but I guess sometimes dong something is harder that it seems. That is why Russia can reign supreme and scare whole world. Other countries see that West is not interested in bringing justice and this way alliances of Russia with other countries are born.

Thus the puppet strings. Newb. :P

Speaking of China. What stopped them from exposing the 911 lie ?

Their scientists could have saved millions of lives had they analyzed the WTC crime scene evidence. They didn't because they were ordered not to. eg. their strings were pulled.
