Im pretty new to bitcoins. The reason i started using it was because its a decentralized currency.
In the past 2 days i earned BTC 0.00086190. Well. Not much as you can see. So i made 2 sites to earn some more. http://earnbit.ml and http://bitblock.cu.cc

With earnbit i earned only 746 satoshi :/ and with Bitblock i only earned 533 Satoshi which comes into a total of 1279 Satoshi... Which is not even 1 dollar cent.

So if i look back in my previous projects. The projects with teams were much better! And then i came up with a idea. I need a team. If we connect our ideas/skills together we can earn much more bitcoins than before!

You better stick around and contribute to community first and then post topic hiring or looking for a team outside of beginners section.
That would be good first step.

Stick around this forum for a little more time and join a signature campaign.
You will definitely earn more than the satoshis you got at those sites.
Once you are well established here, you can think about forming a team with others. :)

This team idea is actually a pretty good concept.

what kind of team you are talking about? maybe share some ideas first and tell us what is it that you wanna do first?

if you much free time you can try many-many faucet, you can search all faucet here
but if you don't, you can try trading or gambling
and if you want other people team up with you, explain first who you are

There are far better bitcoin earning opportunities rather than just faucets. Trading is a good example and you can certainly form teams to share ideas, trading strategies, news event and such.

I think he want ref to these site, After getting refs he will earn more and then he will give some % of his earning to his ref

For op, you can build some faucet, thats  my suggestion.

There are far more effective ways of earning bitcoins rather than staying in faucets. Try posting in here and participate in discussions until you reach the member rank for the least and join a signature campaign. All you need to do is talk, listen, participate, and discuss different topics with other members of BTT and in return, you will get paid, depending on your performance (well, it depends on how many constructive posts you've made actually). You need some damn good skills in advertising before you form a good referral under you. Faucets are good for the newbs, but as time goes by, you want to earn some more rather than petty cents, don't you?

Im also open for new ideas, just let me know what u have in mind and ill be there.
