Looks like a bad rounding issue or something.

Their dice game has been taken down now, I hope they didn't do so after the exploit being heavily abused.

lol, wtf. How does this shit even happen. I thought maths fail was exclusive to PRC.

0.9 * 0.01 - 0.1 * 0.05 = 0.04

which gives you an EV of +0.04 mBTC per bet.

This is exactly what happens.

You would be amazed at the sudden decline in the IQ of game/casino coding. I have nearly 0 knowledge in coding yet i have found an average of 5 bugs in every released casino. All serious problems.

But it really is beyond me how this happened. They effectively BROKE MATH lol.

I am sure many must have seen this before. It is one of the main things people will check. you know just in case you get lucky..

Well, no one usually tells you that like OP did.  ;D
They will just exploit it or report it. In both cases, other players will not know.

Someone spotted a bug at SatoshiDice when it launched a few months ago. You could make a profit of 2BTC from a single roll. How many of you knew that?

Yeah, if im the first on make public this, it doen't mean i was the first to find this bug, as i say, a guy told me about it, i try it and make the code to exploit it with the intention that the site fix it.

The idea is not have all the forum exploiting the bug, the idea is show to betcoin they have a problem and if i can, help to fix it.

I know it's frustrating when these sites react negatively to vulnerability disclosures, and for the most part it's a very thankless job.  I even have a popular site I've worked with closely in the past accusing me of having recently exploited a flaw in their game, so even people who seem grateful might try to stab you in the back.  Regardless, please consider being socially responsible and doing this privately.  There's a model that people in this business follow, it works well.  First, you disclose privately, and if they ignore you or react negatively, give them a deadline to fix it by before disclosing publicly.  I personally think it's important to protect the still fragile bitcoin ecosystem, which is why I am suggesting this.  You're free to do whatever you want of course, but do consider the consequences of your decisions.  People leaving bitcoin is a net loss for all of us.

This is very good and healthy attitude to share bugs and bad experiences with others. We all should share information and personal experiences from different sites to aware and warn one and another. I appreciate your efforts to bring in light the information you got.

We certainly appreciate the share and we were aware of this through testing within the community about 5 minutes after it was launched.  Thanks anton, boxx, sick and others for relaying it.  As it is reported above, it was a rounding issue.  Very few players made wagers as these and it was all monitored very closely.  It was an issue that gave the player an advantage and we knew at some point it would spread and we would fix it.  When this was posted on bitcointalk, it brought some heavy traffic taking us to the point where we need to fix it.  We thank all the emails asking where the dice game is and it will be back very shortly.

seoincorporation, thank you again for your post.  We received an increase in signups, visitors, etc, but we certainly didn't get the private message that you stated that you were going to send, but that's ok, because we take all bug comments seriously and we thank you for that.  Typically we offer a bug bounty for a private submission, but we will send it to you, once you confirm your account on Betcoin.  This is what helps make us better everyday.

Everyone please give the dice a try and let us know if you spot any bugs!

Looks like i forgot to add "New" ill edit it and add it in. Sorry that was my bad
Just-Dice looks solid, i have only tested it a little but from the looks of it is one of the most if not the most secure gambling site for now.
